Thank you for allowing me to serve as your 52^nd Commander of the Corps.  After being a member of the Corps for over 30 years, it is an honor and a privilege.

 2010 brings with it a continuation of the problems that have faced the Corps for over a decade – membership and money.  Where we for years brought in 120 new Colonels in a year, we are lucky to bring in 10% of that number today.  And that has been a problem for Commanders for the past 10 years.

 I want to challenge the region screening chairs to bring in at least one new Colonel for every active chapter.  That new member could be an active Jaycee, but he or she could also be exhausted.  We have a worth of potential Colonels who served their time and would qualify to become a Colonel, but for some reason or another, they have never been given the opportunity. 

 New members bring in new money! 

 We have a good board of officers for the year.  And we have a good group of appointed positions.  We are all ready to help make this a good year for the Georgia Jaycee Rebel Corps!
